Jig construction

Our more than 30 years of experience in the construction of welding jigs forms the basis for our designers to construct the actual heart of a customer-specific welding robot system, the welding jig, in the highest quality.

In addition to the exact positioning and clamping of the individual parts, central points are all-round accessibility to all weld seams, protection of the device from welding spatter, counteracting any welding distortion and ease of use.

With the production of a welding robot system and completed technological commissioning, our task is not yet complete.

Our aim is to teach you how to routinely handle your product. Starting with the first steps to control a robot, we train you in depth to be able to create your own robot programs and to program your own welding assembly.
