FÖRSTER welding tables – designed for continuous industrial use

Our welding tables feature a modular design with removable rails, table extensions, and flexible supports, allowing safe clamping of large and bulky assemblies. Height adjustment as well as tilting, swiveling, and rotation functions enable ergonomic working and increase process safety in everyday production.

The flat cast-iron work surface ensures permanent dimensional accuracy. Stop and clamping elements can be positioned continuously in the X and Y directions without grid restrictions. Cast iron has a lower thermal expansion than steel, providing stable results during welding. Additionally, our Al/Cu rails for stainless steel processing offer a contamination-free surface, prevent corrosion, and allow precise and reproducible positioning of workpieces.

Massive solid-material rails provide maximum stability, while cast iron reduces impact noise and increases workplace safety. The tables are designed for intensive continuous use, even with changing personnel. The Al/Cu rails specifically designed for stainless steel are extremely durable, easy to clean, and resistant to discoloration or foreign materials, ensuring safe processes in stainless steel fabrication.

Porous cast iron with a high graphite content forms a natural anti-adhesive patina against welding spatter with regular maintenance. Cleaning becomes easier over time, extending the lifespan of the work surface. Al/Cu rails additionally support contamination-free stainless steel processing, reduce cleaning effort, and provide consistently clean workpiece support surfaces.

Thanks to universally usable multi-purpose clamping and stop elements, around 25 tools are sufficient to cover applications for which other systems require hundreds of individual parts. For stainless steel processing, we offer specially adapted accessories with contact surfaces made of brass or stainless steel, preventing contamination and ensuring maximum material purity.
