Welding automation

The optimal solution for your welding task is always individual and cannot be "off the shelf". We develop customized robotic welding systems that are precisely tailored to the properties of your components and processes.

In addition to quality and output, we also consider ergonomics, flexibility and ease of use – with the aim of creating systems that offer real added value and are efficient and enjoyed by the user.

Welding technology

Already in the concept phase, we develop efficient solutions for component manufacturing based on customer- and component-specific requirements. Through sample welds with your original components, we determine the optimal welding process early on.

As an independent systems house, we draw on various welding equipment manufacturers and integrate innovative approaches together with colleges and universities.

Interdisciplinary teams from technology, automation, design and fixture construction are thus developing a holistic solution for the automated production of high-quality welded assemblies.

Device construction

With over 30 years of experience in welding fixture construction, we develop the core component of every customer-specific welding robot system to the highest quality standards.

The focus is on the precise positioning and clamping of the components, optimal accessibility to all weld seams, protection against weld spatter, reduction of weld distortion and comfortable operation.

Our aim is to produce quality efficiently and reliably.

Process stability

Experience has shown that using high-quality welding equipment is significantly more efficient than subsequent corrections via electronic systems. However, electronic systems offer valuable additional benefits for detecting variable weld seams or adapting to changing conditions.

In addition to classic seam tracking, we integrate laser scanning, camera and optical sensor systems precisely into your welding robot system.

Robotics

We primarily rely on robot technology from the brands Fanuc and KUKA. When selecting the appropriate robot types, we consider not only reach simulations and load calculations but also realistic reserve requirements, because not everything that works on paper works in practice.

With our long-standing expertise, we select the optimal technology package tailored to your task from the extensive manufacturer portfolios.

Control and programming

Every new robotic system presents not only mechanical challenges but also complex software tasks. Thanks to our in-depth knowledge of the robotic systems used, we develop and implement software concepts quickly and reliably. Our automation engineers consider not only the control of the welding process but also requirements for data storage and order management.

Based on our experience in special machine construction, we develop digital systems that meet Industry 4.0 requirements and control supporting systems such as marking stations or handling portals with Siemens or Beckhoff logic controllers.

Training and support

Our work doesn't end with the completion and technological commissioning of your welding robot system. Our goal is to provide you with comprehensive training in operating your system – from the initial steps in robot control to independently creating robot programs.

During the commissioning phase, we support you by phone, remote maintenance, or on-site. Your independence in operating your system is our top priority.
