Focus of our work

As a holistic system provider, we develop and manufacture solutions for demanding welding tasks entirely in-house – from design, electrical planning and software development to mechanical component manufacturing with conventional and CNC-controlled machines, and finally to fixture and plant assembly.

Supplemented by welding technology testing, consulting, training and comprehensive service, we deliver numerous welding robot systems in various sizes every year, in addition to a large selection of welding tables and fixtures.

The people

With a team of around 30 employees, we provide holistic support for projects – from initial contact to final implementation.

Sales specialists, technicians, and graduate engineers work closely together to develop customized solutions. In manufacturing and assembly, experienced master metalworkers, toolmakers, welding specialists, welders, mechanics, and fitters ensure the highest quality and precise implementation of every system and device.

Our story

Since 1987, we at FÖRSTER welding systems have been developing solutions that make welding workstations safer, more efficient, and more productive. What began as a service workshop is today a specialized manufacturer of field-proven welding station systems – developed from the real-world requirements of our customers.

With the T-NUT system and the FÖRSTER welding table, we have set standards in flexibility, ergonomics, and clamping technology. Awarded multiple prizes, including the Bavarian State Prize and the Federal Prize, our products stand for measurable benefits in daily use: shorter setup times, ergonomic working, and consistently high quality.

Through in-house development, manufacturing, and assembly, we offer maximum control, short communication channels, and individually customizable solutions – from individual devices to complete welding systems. Since 2020, under the leadership of Sebastian Heinz, we have consistently built upon this strength and continuously invest in technology, quality, and customer proximity.

Our future

With the experience of the new owner and the targeted development of a highly qualified team in the field of automation, we have placed a clear focus on the development and manufacturing of robotic welding systems since 2021. Our unique welding tables and fixtures remain a central component of our portfolio.

Our aim is to noticeably simplify our customers' work. Therefore, in addition to efficiency and product quality, ergonomics and flexibility are consistently our focus – for productive, safe and future-proof work.

Through the continuous, cross-industry development of expertise, we constantly optimize and expand our solutions. This knowledge flows directly into the further development of our products – practical, innovative, and consistently focused on the benefits for our customers.
