An ergonomic working height is usually between 850 mm and 1,100 mm, depending on the user's height and the component being worked on. A height-adjustable table fully covers this range and can be adjusted for both sitting and standing tasks.
How much weight can the lifting welding table support?
Depending on the model, the table surface can support components weighing up to 1,500 kg, with a point load of up to 1.5 metric tons per individual rail. This allows even heavy assemblies to be safely positioned and lifted.
Is the welding lift table mobile or permanently installed?
The table is available in a stationary version as well as a mobile version with a roll-under frame and casters. The mobile version can be moved freely around the workspace and locked in place when needed.
What material is the tabletop made of?
The surface is available in gray cast iron for machining steel and aluminum, or in an Al/Cu alloy for machining stainless steel. Both versions feature a continuous T-slot system and provide lasting protection against adhered weld spatter.
