What are the benefits of the tilt function when welding?
By tilting the table surface, you can position the weld seam in the ideal groove position, where the molten pool is optimally situated. This improves seam quality and reduces spatter and rework.
By how many degrees can the table be tilted?
The tabletop tilts electrohydraulically up to +/- 45° in both directions. Combined with the height adjustment, you can achieve virtually any working position.
How high can the lift-and-tilt table be raised?
You can adjust the working height electrohydraulically and continuously from 550 mm to 1,050 mm. This allows you to work in an ergonomic position whether you're sitting or standing.
Are the lift and tilt functions operated electrically or manually?
Both functions are electrohydraulic and can be easily controlled. Even heavy components can be positioned effortlessly.
What is the maximum weight of the workpieces?
The tabletop supports a point load of up to 1,500 kg and a maximum workpiece weight of 2,000 kg. The maximum total load must not be exceeded. This makes the table suitable for medium-weight to heavy assemblies.
