A motorized rotating welding table rotates the workpiece 360° around the horizontal axis, making the underside accessible as well. You can weld all seams in a single setup without having to remove and reposition the component.
How large can the components be?
The standard models are designed for workpieces up to 3,000 mm wide and can support loads of up to 1,500 kg. FÖRSTER manufactures customized versions for different dimensions or load capacities.
Is the turntable operated manually or by motor?
Rotation is powered by an electric motor and operates continuously over a full 360°. This allows you to effortlessly position even heavy assemblies in any working position.
How does a tilting welding table differ from a rotating welding table?
The rotary welding table rotates the table surface horizontally to turn the workpiece. The flipping welding table flips the component vertically through 360°, thereby exposing the back and underside as well.
Can I use standard clamping devices on the indexing table?
Yes, the tabletop is equipped with the FÖRSTER T-slot rail system. All clamping and stop elements in the modular system can be positioned continuously and secured firmly.
