3D Welding & Assembly Table (T-slot system)

The FÖRSTER 3D welding and assembly table combines a welding and an assembly station in one. Its patented T-slot system in solid grey cast iron lets you position clamps and stops steplessly in the X and Y directions, with no fixed hole grid. Around 25 multifunctional clamping tools cover tasks that hole-plate systems need hundreds of parts for. The work surface expands rail by rail, comes in grey cast iron or Al/Cu and is flat to +/- 0.05 mm. Made in Germany.

Rotary Welding Table (360° turntable)

The FÖRSTER rotary welding table turns its tabletop steplessly through 360°, so you move the workpiece instead of yourself. A manual locking brake secures any position firmly. The tabletop carries components up to 2,000 kg and uses the continuous T-slot system in grey cast iron or Al/Cu alloy. Made in Germany.

Hydraulic Lift Welding Table (height-adjustable)

The height-adjustable FÖRSTER hydraulic lift welding table raises your workpieces steplessly from 420 mm to 1,200 mm via an electro-hydraulic scissor lift. You set the height by foot pedal, so every weld seam stays within ergonomic reach. The solid T-slot tabletop holds components up to 1,500 kg and comes in stationary or mobile versions. Solid grey cast iron rails made from a special alloy with lower thermal expansion than steel. With regular care, the open-pored structure develops a natural non-stick patina that reduces welding spatter adhesion. For stainless steel, we offer Al/Cu rails that prevent ferrous contamination and rust. The table does not simply age – it improves over time.
